Depending on what you do on the site, the following information may be collected:
- Contact form: name, email, message, preferred language
- Booking request: name, email, selected slot, time zone, preferred language
- Display preference: light or dark theme, stored locally in your browser
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited (auto-purged after 12 months)
Purposes
- Reply to contact requests and qualify professional opportunities
- Confirm, schedule and remind appointments
- Measure site audience in an aggregated, anonymous way (Plausible Analytics, no cookie)
Legal grounds
- Explicit consent, collected when forms are submitted (Law 25, GDPR)
- Legitimate interest in technical security of the site (logs, abuse prevention)
Retention periods
- Contact messages: 24 months after last exchange
- Booking requests: 36 months (accounting requirements)
- Server logs: 12 months maximum

Your information may pass through the following providers:
- Vercel Inc. — web hosting (United States)
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Resend — sending of confirmation emails

Nocly.fr uses no third-party advertising or profiling cookies. A technical cookie stores your theme preference (light / dark). The Plausible analytics tool, when enabled, runs without cookies or personal identifiers.
